Paid but Disconnected

Paid four days in advance VISA / 611 / accepted

This morning no phone : icon crossed out

Can not get help on internet

Any ideas?

This is not ATT, we are customers.  Check your account to see if you paid enough for the refill.  Some report a 911 fee has been charged separately, preventing refills from covering service.

Or you could login and look at your account, which will happen anyway, and add funds if you’re short.

If not short, power cycle the phone to see if it reconnects 

If not, then call..
