I recently purchased and activated a GoPhone on a $45 /mo unlimited everything plan. Today, i am unable to make calls and only tells me that it can be used for 'Emergency calls only' . I am unable to use the online chat because there ISNT one for GoPhone. And i obviously cant call cuztomer service, or recieve text.
I need my password(pin) for online reset and i'd like to resolve this issue.
Does your phone need a refill? You should be able to dial 611 to do that or buy a refill card. If it's still within 30 days from your last rate plan renewal but not working, try removing the battery and a SIM card and putting them back to reset the phone. If that doesn't help, you might need to stop by an AT&T store to have it checked.
