Need invoice/bill/receipt for GoPhone refill
Hello,
to prove my residency I need a written statement/invoice/bill for my GoPhone account.
I called support last week and was told that after I would refill my account I would find a link to a PDF receipt which includes my address and number.
I just did that. Refilled my account online from myatt.com/paygonline.com with my Amex credit card and at the end - there was no link. After hitting submit I was taken back to the GoPhone account summary saying:
Success!
$xxxx was charged to your account ending in xxx.
Is there anything i can do or was the information I was given just wrong? Can you mail me an invoice?

I understand how important it is to keep track of your bills with the copy of a receipt or invoice, since I always keep a record of mine. I am delighted to help with this.
We always want our customers to have an easy and manageable way to access to their personal information. The great news is this can be done within your myAT&T account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your current rate plan balance. Please select the Account History tab for additional information. Here you will see History Type dropdown menu and option including credit/debit payments.
There will be an option to print your payments in the upper right corner.

Nothing in account history actually includes my home address. What is the reason for this? Why isn't this basic information provided in the invoice even though you are collecting that information?

Hi @ValreeBaenett Let's look into why your home address doesn't show in your account history.
A PREPAID account does not generate a bill or invoice. You can print out a copy showing your payment and plan expiration information. However, it will not display your name or address.
