Need a bill with payment information in my name for ATT prepaid phone - how can I get this

Hi,

I have ATT prepaid phone connection I have been paying using my credit card on a monthly basis with multi lines in my account.

My employer wants me to submit bills from ATT with my name on it mentioning the payment amount and my phone number on it.

I called up ATT customer care , they directed me to the local store to get this. I spent more than 3 hours at the local store waiting in line only to hear from the representative there that my payment details are not to be found in the system. What is more surprising is that the note left by the customer care representative was found in my account but none of my payment details were there.

When we are surrounded by technology and more ways to track every transaction , and customer details , I fail to understand why such a reputed provider like ATT do not have a way to help its customer with a request so simple on their end to fulfill.

Please help me get the bill .

Salutations @lazith!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Great question! I am more than happy to help.

The easiest way of getting proof of your service is by looking at your bill online. Simple go to att.com/prepaid. Log in using User ID and Password. Once logged in go to BIlling & payments and then go to view paper bill.

I'm glad I was able to assist you today. Have a wonderful rest of your day!

Hi, I need a bill payment with my name, and address on it. I need it as a proof of residency. In my prepaid account, which I have online access, I cannot do it with my address on it. Is there any chance to send me a letter, writing I am your customer and include my address on it as well? Thank you!
