I pay but I haven't data
I've received a message that says "AT&T Free Msg: Your Prepaid payment was successful. $47.76 was charged to your account ending 5765 & consisted of a $40.00 payment + tax, fees & other charges" but I haven't data now, what do I have to do?

Has your old 30 day plan expired yet? Just paying does not start the new 30 days if the previous 30 days is not done yet. Your data will renew when the new 30 day plan starts. If your new plan has started, try power cycling the phone.
