I get 7 txt msgs a month about my prepaid payment
Hi.
I get 7 text messages a month about my prepaid wireless payments, which I have set for autopay. I called customer service, and they said there was no way to reduce the number of alerts.
I would prefer to get zero text messages about this, or maybe one (along the lines of: It happened). Also, while I'm on the subject, I seem to be charged a day earlier each month, so my cycle is actually 1 month minus 1 day. I'd be interested in hearing the reasoning there.
Here are screenshots of 8 texts I got from AT&T this month. (I just put numbers on them so you can see which ones are different; not necessarily the order they came in.)

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums. We want you to be informed of activity on your account, including balance notifications, rate plans and renewals. SMS text messaging is the primary form of communication for Prepaid accounts, and these notifications cannot be disabled. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you.
