I bought a zte maven 3 at 2:00 saturday september 17/ 2017 it was the only go phone they had in stoc

Friday the 16th I had a LG Phoenix that I liked but it got STOLEN. So I had to have something quickly cause I had to go to work. At 3:00 September 17/2017 maybe an hour after I bought it I returned to the at@t store. To return it because the message screen kept dropping every two seconds while I was texting. They wanted a 45 dollar restocking fee for a phone I only paid 32.00 for that had problems. So I kept it and got a different at@t phone from Wal-Mart. I called to get the unlock code for the zte maven 3 thrue customer service. I did the At t.comdevice/ unlock, Imei numbers phone number email everything required. And was denied the unlock code. Not only that, but they claimed that it wasn't an at@t phone. Then I am informed that I need to reactivate it and put it on a plan for 6 months before they will give me the unlock code to a phone that just seconds before I was told it wasn't even an at@t phone. I have been dealing with this for 5 days now and I'm getting really sick of it. The fact that it is only a 32.00 phone isn't the point. Its my phone, I walked into your at@t store and paid my cash for it. I own it, not At@t. I want an unlock Code for it. NOW

Greetings @Armour78,

Whenever you wish to unlock your device from our network, the benefits are numerous. I can understand your desire to get this process completed. I am here to assist you with additional details!

If you activated the device unto a PREPAID GoPhone plan, the device would need to complete six active months of service before qualifying for an unlock. If you did not activate the phone, you are eligible to unlock the device from our network as long as it meets all other requirements. For all details, please click here.

Thank you for your time!
