How to refill my GoPhone account?

i can't refill my go phone how I usually do it? Every time I try to talk to a real person for help it gives me a stupid recorders computer robot voice. And it doesn't give me the options I need like it use too. It's not helpful at all. I need a number to call to get a real human to help me.

Make a refill card payment online

  1. Go to myAT&T, and log in with your GoPhone wireless number and 4-digit password.
  2. Select Refill Account and choose GoPhone Refill Card.
  3. Enter the card PIN, and then select Refill Now.

 

Make a credit/debit card or electronic check payment online

  1. Go to myAT&T, and log in with your GoPhone wireless number and 4-digit password.
  2. Select Refill Account and choose the Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account option.
  3. Enter your refill amount and select Continue.
  4. Select your payment method from the menu, then select Continue. Enter the required information and select Continue.
  5. If setting up a new payment option, enter your details and select Save this payment method to save for use next time.
  6. Select Submit to make the payment.

 

By phone

To make a one-time payment:

  1. Call 611 from your AT&T wireless phone.
  2. Follow the prompts to make a one-time payment.
  3. Add the refill value using your phone keypad by entering *888*PIN#, then press Send.

No help from a service rep after endless menu manipulations. got rep after failed to refill. Itried several accounts and all declined, hence something goofed at att. rep said i needed specialist, transfered to another menu!!. Called back and rep said need specialist.. I asked if i was going to be transfered to a human, rep said yas, I asked several times, and asked if she was sure, since did not work last time. transfered again to MENU!, called again,got a fella that knew better, specialists not yet available for another three hours. he suggested to go get a refill card. that worked. I will not deal with autopay or using my accounts to refill in the future.
