How to deactivate my US at&t local sim card after going back to my home country?

Hey,

I bought a local sim card while I was abroad, in a trip to the US (6GB). The lady at the counter said I should deactivate it after I finish my trip to prevent the next charge.

I went back home (out of the US or at&t support) and try to deactivate it from the web. As this was my first log in, the system asking for a SMS code it send me but cause I'm out of the US, I can't get the SMS. In the other hand, I don't want to waste money on international call and no chat support provided for this issue.

Is there any support Email? or other ways to contact them?

Hello there @nirbercovic,

Thank you for visiting our Community Forums! I would be happy to help make sure you will not be charged for another month of service on the account you created while visiting the US.

To do this, I will need further information from you to access the account. If you can please send a private message to @ATTCares, including your full name and mobile phone number we can certainly get you taken care of.

Thank you so much for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon! Have a wonderful day.
