How can I upgrade my eligibility for iPhone X
I'm currently enrolled in a $35 auto-pay plans. I plan to buy iPhone X at a one-time full price. But it says I don't have the eligibility. I'm not planning to enroll in a iPhone Upgrade Program. Why does it ask my eligibility? How can I upgrade it in my at&t account? I've tried a couple of time but it always require log in and then I was redirected to the home page of my account.
I'll really appreciate if someone can help!

I think that just means online orders are restricted to postpaid customers. Try buying from Apple.
