I brought my own phone to the go phone prepaid plan with AT&T and after I did that, Credit Karma alerted me of a new hard inquiry from AT&T ???? Im almost positive this is a mistake ?? I brought my own phone and am on the prepaid $65 a month plan. Someone please help !

Very puzzling. Not only is there no credit check for prepaid, there is no need to provide the personal information they would even need to do a credit check. Where did you sign up for the prepaid service? Did they ask for personal information?

I signed up for it on the at&t website. They asked what they needed I guess
