Forgotten password for go phone problem

I have forgotten my password, if I chose forgotten password it will send me a text unfortunately I'm now in the United Kingdom for a few months and my plan does not allow for international service so I have no service here to receive the text to reset my password??

There is nothing more frustrating than not having access to your GoPhone account! I’d be happy to help.

Because we want to ensure the security of your account, at this time you’ll need to be in a GoPhone service area to reset your login password since the phone will need to be able to receive a temporary PIN text message.

I apologize for the inconvenience! Once you are back in the US, you’ll be able to quickly and easily reset your GoPhone login password and refill your account as needed.
