End go phone plan
I have a 9 dollar credit on my account but I want to end my account when my current month is up. How do I get my 9 dollars back?

I regret to hear you are considering closing your GoPhone account. I understand the desire to get the extra $9.00 you have paid back. I will do what I can to help.
If you would like to convert service to a postpaid AT&T account and keep your phone number please visit a local AT&T Store for help doing this. If you would still like to cancel the first thing I recommend is to cancel AutoPay if you have this set up. Please visit this page for further instructions on canceling. Any remaining balance on the Pre-Paid account is not refundable as mentioned on this web page.
