If you would like to convert service to a postpaid AT&T account and keep your phone number please visit a local AT&T Store for help doing this. If you would still like to cancel the first thing I recommend is to cancel AutoPay if you have this set up. Please visit this page for further instructions on canceling. Any remaining balance on the Pre-Paid account is not refundable as mentioned on this web page.
