I Found it:

Q: Is there a maximum dollar amount I can have in my account?

A: Yes, the most money you can have in your account is $500.

Q: What is the maximum allowable amounts on feature packages?

A: Feature package can be stacked or extended based on the type. A limited package has a maximum allowable balance and unlimited packages a maximum allowable expiration period. Below are the following maximums:
a. Limited Messaging packages up to 9000 messaging balance
b. Data packages up to 3 GB balance

I can tell you what it WAS http://www.prepaidphonenews.com/2012/04/developing-at-says-no-more-data.html

It's not clear what will happen to used data banked in users accounts if they do not switch to a monthly plan before April 18th. Used data from the packages rolls over provided a user adds a new package every 30 days.  AT&T allowed users to keep up to 1.5 GB or $75 worth of data in their accounts.  Will AT&T force users to switch to a monthly plan to use the data they have already paid for?

Is the maximum data accumulation limit still 3gb?  My 50mb monthly data plan purchase should have resulted in a 1043.7 mb balance, but it is listed as a 1gb (1024mb) balance.  Is the limit now 1 gb?
