Current Balance to Auto-Pay?
I'm currently enrolled in AutoPay, but have a current balance of $17.00. My AutoPay will renew on the same day that the $17.00 expires. Will that automatically be credited to my AutoPay amount? Or do I need to do something to have that amount be used up before expiration?

Hey there @Spicygirl!
Thank you for reaching out us here on the Community Forums. I know how important it is, keeping track of where money on your GoPhone account is going. I would be more than happy to assist you with getting this sorted out!
In a situation like this to make sure you able to use all of the money on your account, you are going to first want to turn off AutoPay. When this is turned off, you will want to fill the difference of the remaining balance for the plan you choose. After this, it will use the $17 on your account so it does not expire. Once this is complete, you will want turn AutoPay back on before the next bill due date in order to continue using it.
You would be able to access your account by clicking here. We also have a great article on how to change your GoPhone plan, complete with step by step instructions on how to do so.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know. Have a great rest of your day!

That is correct, you will not receive the autopay discount. It currently is the only way to get the remaining balance used up.
