Changing from Consumer Cellular to ATT Gophone plan and keeping existing number.
I want to change from Consumer Cellular to ATT. When I went to the Corporate ATT store, I was told that I couldn't do that because Consumer Cellular was a partner with ATT and that my current number could not be ported over. That doesn't seem right to me. There must be a way to do it.

Sounds like the person didn't know what they were doing. It's very rare that a number can't be ported

You must of been dealing with an intern at the store, all numbers can me ported over. It's one of the ways AT&T draws in new customers; especially when they are coming from other providers.
