Cancel prepaid sim out of USA
Goodmorning,
I paid a prepaid sim but currently i am not in USA and it s impossible to cancel the subscription outside of the country.
please, i need your support because if not i will pay a lot of money without any sense.
i would like to receive a solution it s really important ! does anyone has the right mail address ?

No, but you can cancel the payment method used to auto refill the account.
