I am going to have a new phone, OPPO A79. The network is listed at the end. I am using at &t Prepaid plan now, and the phone I am using now is Smartisan U1. The network is listed below.

It has no LTE bands for the US, but I has 3G, so calls and text will work fine once APN is programmed.
This is not a brand we recommend because it doesn’t get LTE.

Another phone that will show up H+ or H++ on AT&T network
Will be a good phone to use in Asia
with working 4G LTE & dual sim, Android 7.1.1
16 MP camera front and back.

Which one will show h+? The Smartisan phone i am using now shows h+.
Also i am an international student in US college, so i do not need network that much. i just want to make sure i can still call and text someone with OPPO A79(new phone)

Yes!!!
You might need the correct APN set up for data.
But your new phone are running Android 7.1.1, it should be plug and play
and no special APN setting needed.
Your new phone will also show up H+ or H++ on AT&T network (AKA 3G or 4G in North America.)
I am using unlocked phones from Asia.........they all show up as H++ when I'm using mobile data.
AT&T GoPhone is changing its name to AT&T PREPAID. New name - same great service, network and value!
