I'm on the $2/day, $1 per 100mb data add on. Why isn't the mobile hotspot capability working?

I am glad you brought this to our attention. We definitely want to make sure you are able to access all features on your device. I would love to provide you more information on this.
The $2 daily plan is certainly a great deal you have there. For only this amount you receive unlimited nationwide talk and text! We know how eager you are to access data through hotspot, however at this time this plan does not support the feature. We definitely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We want our customers to have options on our network; you can still access Hotspot on a GoPhone account. I invite you to check out this great article, which provides additional information on how you can get this feature added to your plan.

@PreferredUser Hotspot is only available on the Gophone plans for $35 and $45.
