@Steveson What does "best" mean? 

Do you need to make 500 calls a day or 5 a month?  How much data?

You won't be able to use that plan OR activate it outside of North America (maybe not even activate it out of the US).

Yes i know $70.00 data, the activation will be done in USA and send to me 

You do realize that you can only use the data in the US, Canada and Mexico?  It cannot be used outside of these countries.
