Prepaid iPhone SE unlock

Hi,

I have a AT&T prepaid account, and I'm trying to get my iPhone SE (with 13 moths of service) unlocked since I'm about to travel internationally for one month.

I went to the unlock portal and filled up the informations (phone number, IMEI, etc.) and got the email to confirm the request.

However, when I click on the link in the email I get to a page telling me that that confirmation link was good for 24 hours, even though I submitted the request just 30 minutes ago.

Can anyone help?

Hello @boris_sb!

We recommend resubmitting your device unlock request 48 hours from your first request. About half an hour later, you'll receive a confirmation email which you'll want to click on the link to validate your email. Afterwards, feel free to check the status of your unlock request by following these instructions.
