At&t login keeps asking for me to renew

I got a email saying I canceled my service which I didn’t , I renewed it before it expired but everytime I login it keeps asking me to purchase another month . I have now renewed it three times and I have extended It everytime  but it keeps asking me to purchase again and I have gotten on maybe twice If that . Could the new update be causing me issues on this . It takes forever to get in and that sometimes I get a error saying to try another time . Am I the only one here having this issue ?

Also I can never actually get into my account unless I close it and reopen it but that is rare if I can get in ... 

i have gotten in twice if that but I m wondering if I should delete and reinstall the app ? Any advice would be great thanks .
