U-verse Availability in 75071

I'm considering buying a house in a commuinity in McKinney, TX that currently only has 12Mbps downstream U-verse internet service. In my current house I have 300Mbps downstream so moving down to 12 Mbps scares the heck out of me as I work from home and do a lot of streaming. After spending almost a hour on the phone yesterday, I reached an at&t rep (in Asia I believe) that did some research and said my target neigborhood is scheduled to get an upgrade to 45-75Mbps U-verse in Q1 2017. He said he would e-mail these details but no e-mail came through. Help....how can I easily confirm that his verbal information was accurate?
