My profile says that I have 1 pending order. I have not ordered or authorized any changes to my acc
My billing profile on www.att.com says that I have 1 pending order, but refuses to explain what it is. I have not ordered or authorized any changes to my service in more than a year, so whatever it is, it has no business being there. The so-called support links give no help of any kind, and prevent me from ever getting through to a human being. All three of these facts show that deregulating AT&T was a very bad idea. They no longer have to care.
