Disable a prepaid SIM card
Hey!!! So, my name is Clara, I used to live in Florida and had a prepaid at&t for my phone. I moved out of the country recently but forgot to disable the service. I’ve lost my SIM card and I’m trying to find a way to disable the service. Can you guys help me?

If you prepaid account does not have theauto pay renewal active, the account will automatically cancel the prepaid service 60 days after the balance expiration date.
If you decide to use the prepaid service in the future, feel free to visit our AT&T Prepaid Activation Portal for more assistance.

I have at at&t tablet I was told since im trying to become a prepaid customer that yall would send me a free sims car so I can active prepaid service
