DSL No Longer available with no replacement

I am highly disappointed in ATT. They have "discontinued" DSL in my area. They stated that it was because it was outdated technology. Well... if it is the only thing that you can get, your glad to have it. Now I have to pay for satellite internet at 200.00 per month. Shame on you ATT!!! People who live in rural areas would like to have the internet at a reasonable price. ATT will send all kinds of promotions saying you are eligible for UVerse, but when I call or try to set up service, it is not available for my address. I am also sick to death of hearing that "we are expanding that service in your area". I call BOLONEY. It has been over 2 years and nothing to show for it. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PROVIDE INTERNET SERVICES TO MY AREA AGAIN?!!
