Come on guys really?
So I know that nobody actually gets the speed advertised but I’m only getting 1.4-6.4 mbps when I’m paying for 100mbps. I’m not looking for someone to tell me to turn off the router I’m not a caveman. I also do not want someone to come here and tell me there isn’t anything wrong at all just so I can pay you people 100$ for him to do absolutely nothing. If this is the providers issue I will gladly switch and pay less for more somewhere else ASAP. I don’t care if it’s an easy fix or not if it’s on your end at all I am done with you people

Are you sure you got the 100mbps package? I took a new connection today by calling customer care. I took the 50mbps package, because as per him that was the fastest available at my address. I had to call them a second time for something else and came to know it was actually 5mbps and not 50mbps that he sold me for the price of $50/month. I cancelled my order.
