Billing issues
I resigned up with AT&T Internet. The representative I talked to told me to bundle a home phone with my plan for a total monthly bill of $39.99 a month and my instillation fee of $100 would be credited back to my account. Well they automatically deducted $300 from my account. I called in talked to a very rude csr who told me I was lying. I asked to be transferred to the manager where I sat on hold for 30 min then was hung up on! What do I do? I want my money credited back to me and to cancel my service.
