Hi my name's Cheryl Williams an I applied for access Internet an I hadn't heard anything so I called you guys an the guy I was talking to told me that I was denied because you guys only got the back copies of my snap benefits card an my license he told me to go back to the web site an do another application so I did an when I got half way through it it said that I have already submitted one so what do I do now
