I only have access to DSL, I keep getting told that I would pay a certain amount.  when I get the bill it is switch and bait which is fraud charges, I am on the phone every month with ATT to straighten

this out.  I have slow internet 1.5, Can't get Uverse, Can't get Fiber and they want to over charge for DSL 1.5 which is horrible.  I would get a discounted rate after a lot of hassles and crap and yet

I have to keep going through this every month.  They claim they lose or can't find the case number.  It somehow disappears.  they give me all kinds of excuses on why I didn't get what 

I was promised.  They are wasting a lot of my time and theirs instead of taking care of real problems.  If I could, I would like another provider to come into the area that is a competitive price which

I am hoping will eventually happen.   I also have a minimal use of landline as well only for access because of the area I live in.

We understand that billing can be difficult.  We can help. What we suggest is that you give out billing office a call.  You can reach them at 1-800-288-2020.  Just use the telephone number that is attached to your account and the representative that you get will be able to help you.

I already reach out, even to loyalty, and all I get is the run around. I had been a long time client, very long time. I get flip flop of answer and calling that number you gave
me does nothing.
