2.4 GHz signal disappeared
I have a 5268AC wifi router which was working normally for several months. Suddenly the 2.4 GHz signal has disappeared, but the 5G signal and internet connection works fine. The wired ethernet connection to the internet also works fine.
Is this something I can do or do I need a new router?
Thank you!

I have had the same thing on and off since the Pace5268 router was installed in October 2017. Wired is fine. 5Ghz is fine. But my 2.4Ghz devices cannot connect to the network. It was good for a while and then all of a sudden I lost my wireless printer. The SSID is not shown. Manual entry fails. With hours of fiddling, I got something back a month ago and then trying to connect some new AV devices today, I lost everything again (except wired and 5Ghz). Every time I adjust the router settings for Wifi, it says Error, Configuration not applied. Also on the Smart Home Manager, every refresh gives some different devices. Makes me concerned someone is connected who should not be. Tired and hoping for a solution.
