Will Fiber optics internet be available to my area soon?

Ok so my problem is that why isn't internet available everywhere AT&T phone service is the more homes that can purchase your internet the more money in AT&T pockets its sad that I have to spend thousands of dollars on a new place to live just so i can have high speed unlimited hotspot so i can play on my Xbox stream movies and download and update stuff on my Xbox and besides if I move where I can get internet I'm getting charter or xfinity wouldn't it make sense for AT&T make there internet available where the other companies do not don't tell its not worth the money the more availability means more productivity thank you from Robert *** in living in *** In Sweetwater tn zip 37874
