Why is service so poor
U-verse outage called went through standard troubleshooting sending technician, late arrival no notices called back seemed like they had no idea anything was scheduled or an issue until I pushed them. Call from technician soon after 2nd call confirmed no service left to investigate came back cable cut someone else fixing no idea when. Located are of cable cut men working 12 hours later drive by everyone is gone call service starts all over again sending out technician. Told we did all that just want to know when it might be fixed oh no sir your technician fixed in the afternoon appointment. There is NO WAT ATT can possibly be this clueless. I think it is time to jettison the entire ATT family U-verse, wireless home and business someone has to be better or st least try to be netter
