How can I get a U-verse service tech out to my location?
I've recently moved into a newly constructed neighborhood that exclusively has ATT uverse. I've called multiple times requesting internet service, only to basically be hung up on. Nearly every home here uses uverse (over 100). In fact, there are 5 homes that I am in the middle of that have uverse/fiber service. How can I get a technician out to my location?

The first thing that we need you to do is check the AT&T Service Availability site.
If the service is available, then you can place your order online.
If it is not, then please let us know and then we can proceed onto the next step.
