The range of VDSL2 service (whether you have TV or not) is up to 5000' with pair bonding, up to 3000' without. This distance does further depend on line quality, etc. The maximum bandwidth you can get falls off starting around 2000'.
The range of ADSL2+ service (which cannot have TV) is up to conventional ADSL service lengths, i.e. well over 10,000'. However, maximum bandwidth degrades over distance.
