Tree trimmings left in yard

AT&T came out to my house in a service truck on Saturday 3/2/19 & asked to enter the back yard.  The at&t man left shortly thereafter without performing any work.  Another service truck came out on Sunday, 3/3/19, Cut some of the branches in my only backyard tree and left two large cut branches hanging loose inside the tree.  The two branches left in tree are easily 2” in diameter and can seriously injure our children when they eventually fall.  I assumed someone would come out Monday, 3/4/19 to finish removing the branches but no one did.  Please help.

The options given by ATTCares in the post before yours would also apply to your situation.

I wound up having to contact my city's service department.  I live in a small suburb and the Mayor was angry.  They will probably have direct contact with local AT&T reps which is better than calling a national number.

That phone number doesn't give an option for tree trimmings left in yard. AT&T is doing a bunch of work in my area and they left a bunch of branches in my yard - two weeks ago! 

Smart aleck on that phone number told me they don't trim trees.

AT&T came and cut/trimmed a tree in my back yard, 2 weeks ago.  Said they would be back to pick it up and never did.  So who do I contact?

The phone number to contact where listed by ATTHelp 4 years ago, they're most likely still good.  Closing this old topic to further posting.
