Reward disqualified

Reward disqualified

Services installed 5/16/18, my reward was disqualified 5/24/18 for no reason. I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour and no one seems to care. I'll just settle with cancelling my services and switching back to xfinity!

You can look into your reward status here: https://soc.att.com/2KblYMp; You can also reach our reward center team at: 800.288.9983 7:00 A.M  to 7:00 P.M Central Standard Time Monday through Friday.  This group will be the ones to best assist you in recovering this reward.
