No end to "facility issue." I will never get internet installed at this rate.
Title says it all. I called to order internet services with AT&T about a week and a half ago and I have been given the run around ever since. I can't speak to anyone local. Every time I call the customer service hotline, I have to explain my situation every time and I keep getting the run around. Basically, "There is a facility issue and we have no estimated time of when it will be resolved. But someone should reach out to you in 48 hours to give you an update." I have yet to receive one phone call to give me an update. I have had to call in every single time and I keep getting the same message. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I just want to know what is being done to resolve this so called "facility issue" and when the heck I can expect an installation date. Is that so hard to ask? Really?
I apologize about the trouble you are having with an internet install. Facility issues can be a very complicated issue and can some time to get resolved. These issues can be caused by there not being a port available, a connection needing to be repaired, or a cable pair is not available.
