Woke up today to no Internet connection. Checked the modem and none of the lights were on. I unplugged it plugged it back in, nothing. I tried using different outlets, again, nothing. I don't have any other cords to try it out and leaving the house and getting one isn't an option currently. I'd appreciate any sort of help or insight.

Sounds like you've got yourself a dead gateway. Call CS 1-800-288-2020. A replacement can be sent for a self-install. You have 21 days to return the bad one. Instructions will be emailed.
