New services in a new housing development requiring engineering

Hello!

I am hoping maybe I can finally get some assistance! We have moved into a newly built home recently, and we cannot get AT&T to setup our internet.  Us and our neighbors all are wired with fiber and ready to go, but we keep getting told Engineering needs to clear our addresses.  It has been almost a month for our neighbors and 2 weeks for us!  Some of us work remotely and are in need of the internet ASAP.  Is there a phone number for a manager or the engineering team?  Thank you!!

We have similar issues.  We own a large home development with many lots and a few new homes.  Fiber optic was laid years ago.  Every time we have someone buy a house and set up their TV service they wait forever for appointment and each time they are told there is an issue with the lines and next appointment is another 2 weeks.  Can't get any assistance on phone because everyone wants to know the account information.  It's not about the new homeowner's account, it's about the lines outside.  Homeowners are getting super frustrated and mad.  One of them gave up on ATT fiber and just installed DirectTv.  Now another one has just about had enough.  What is so hard about getting someone out to this neighborhood to check the boxes and wiring?  When they buy a home they are told their is service but obviously we should tell them they can get it after a month's wait and tons of frustrated phone calls later.

Does the check availability webpage say service is available?

We are the owners of the development and there are cables already installed.  The installer, who is fairly new, could get signal to half the house but not the other half.  Each home owner has to deal with many phone calls and no one knows anything and weeks of waiting for another appointment so the next person can come out.  The homeowner now is trying to get ahold of the manager just to try to get to a maintenance department.  We, as the developer, can't even get through to any wiring department or anyone other than general customer service.
