Re: New or updated lines in apartment community

The apartment owner of complex needs to work with ATT Connected Communities to schedule a site survey, quote and plan of work. All units in the buildings will need to be wired before any are turned green for service. Had a recent apartment complex turned green in our area, 20 buildings with 24 units per building or 480 addresses. The install I did today was 110 in the complex. For this particular group, the apartment complex is being charged, they raised everyone rent $45 to cover the internet. If customer desire faster speed, iptv or voip services they have to order themselves, the apartment complex is providing all renters with 100M internet for the $45 per month.

Note, most complexes do not enter this type of arrangement, all units wired over several weeks then each address has to order own service.

Also worth noting, addresses need to be in ATT ILEC area, not CenturyLink, Frontier, Windstream, etc areas.
