New construction
We bought our home back in October 2018. At that time an AT&T technician was outside our home and stated we should have internet within a few weeks. It’s now been 3 months and still nothing. All the other homes in our new subdivision have been getting internet installed thru AT&T. We have been told that the engineers might not have ran the line from the box in our yard to our home.

Our zip code is in your area for internet. Our exact address just doesn’t allow for us to have internet installed. However, a brand new house next to us is available for internet. That’s the reason we don’t think it has been installed from the box in the yard to our house.
