I just switched to ATT Uverse for my internet and was attempting to sync my Netgear arlo q, model VMC3040 camera to the new ATT network (model 5268AC)
It worked with Spectrum network and when I was with ATT about a year ago it worked then.
The camera goes through the sync process then stops because the camera cannot be found on the network.
We understand you're having an issue with getting your Netgear Ario Q connected to your WiFi.
Have you tried restarting the device?
Also, what network are you trying to connect to 2.4ghz or 5ghz?Charles, AT&T Community specialist
