Internet debacle
I placed an order to cancel home internet and begin business internet during the last week of November. I have taken off work THREE times and have had FOUR technicians come out and yet as of today - 1/17/19 I STILL DO NOT HAVE INTERNET SERVICE!
Several service reps and installers later and no one can explain why I do not have service. I filled a complaint in December and was told someone would reach out to me. I am still waiting!!! It has cost me money - taking off work and no one showing up and going to a coffee shop to utilize service. I need compensation and installation NOW!!
