Internet Service needed, New Construction, ATT box at property line

I have been trying since December to get some one out to my property to look at the existing infrastructure and to greenlight our house for Internet service. We had an F case opened in December and it expired 1/21/17. I have a new ticket number: 2427576

For what it's worth, our neighbor has service that feeds off of the lines my house should use.
