I am so frustrated with Uverse!

For two months now I have received the run around from AT&T! After paying 2 deposits... $100 each.. Spending at least one hour on the phone with 7 different representatives assuring me "it will work" then "the order has been made" and "you can still get service it is just pending"
Finally was told yesterday that its not that my apartment won't supprt wifi... It's that there are so many people using it that there isn't enough for me... Yet you keep taking my order... Yet you keep telling me it will work. I will never use AT&T again. If I could take this complaint further I would... I've completely wasted my time and money all of AT&T to prove their incompetence ONCE AGAIN. I stand beside this company failing 110%. The representatives can't do their jobs, the supervisors are never there. The engineers apparently don't do their jobs. AT&T is good at one thing, the run around.

If uverse is offered in your area and you receive a piece of mail from them advertising themselves... And ok happen to be interested in their service, don't be surprised if you pay them and never receive it. I will never advise anyone to use AT&T for any service. There is no customer satisfaction because there is no customer service.

We get satisfaction from ATT Customer Care here, contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your screwed up install problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done and gone above and beyond for me.

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

Well, well, well! I'm not the only Little fish in the Big AT&T Pond's of Uverse Internet Service...lack of service. Twelve months plus, no service at $56.00 each month paid, religiously. Run around capital from billing, accounts receivable, Uverse technical support, in store visits; all to no avail. I understand your frustrations. End result for my lack of "valued customer" service is cancellation of Uverse internet and a $57.00 credit for one month of twelve months plus without service. Go Figure! AT&T!
