How long does it take to bury a cable?

Would I be able to get some insight on how long it takes to bury a cable? First off my Internet hasn’t been working right since my neighbors cable was replaced, WiFi was Non stop cutting out, so I had the gateway replaced, didn’t change a thing, bought the WiFi extenders att recommended, didn’t change a thing, talk to 8 people I can’t understand on the phone for 5 hours which was a complete waste of time. I basically work on my phone and run out of data several months because the WiFi doesn’t work, and now I have a 200ft cable running across our road and yard I have to move daily. I’ve had att for over 10 years and never had it been this bad.
