Horrible Customer and Technician Service

How do I report a technician? This is literally the worst experience I've ever had with a company. We moved and called to have our service transferred a month ago. Well apparently the phone call never happened when we called a week later still with no service. At that point they switched us and had to schedule a tech to come out to properly set us up. Two weeks later a guy comes out, takes forever, and leaves saying it should work later. Well it didn't. He told us he would come back out to fix it the next morning and he didn't. Since then he has completely ignored our calls. At this point we're probably going to end up cancelling and switching. Completely absurd that it has been a MONTH, and still no service.
