Problem resolved. It was determined an AT&T domestic issue (PIN on iPhone)) also impacted me immediately, while I landed in Paris. Potentially, my phone would not work, overseas... Was eventually able to contact an international AT&T Customer Service representative. I was instructed not to enter a new PIN sent ‘automatically’ to me from AT&T. Incidentally, I challenge your team to do a web search on AT&T.com to talk to a ‘human’; &, not have to endure numerous computer generated ‘problems & possible solutions’... Good luck! Fortunately, I eventually ‘stumbled’ across an AT&T international weblink phone number (during my tedious AT&T search for any international contact for help). The agent who I ‘talked’ with ascertain that the AT&T domestic problem also existed internationally. Kudos to this young woman - who I cannot remember her name. Thank you for your follow up - on my problem. Aside from this isolated incident, I have received excellent customer support.
