Re: Cable line in my yard since Wednesday

Normal burial occurs 2 to 4 weeks after request. Most areas, burial of wiring is performed by a local contractor not by ATT employees who would have provided service connection to your neighbor from the terminal.

Re: Cable line in my yard since Wednesday

This cable goes to my neighbors house so why did they dig and put cable in my yard. Looks like they will have to bury it in my yard

Re: Cable line in my yard since Wednesday

Where is the terminal the wiring is attached to?

Wire from terminal to NID, normally in the easement which depending on location can be 5 feet to 10 feet on either side of property line.
